Solid Start Program
Neways Solid Start Program was designed to offer an accelerated start for new distributors
who are serious about building a Neways business. New Distributors have two choices for
their commitment level; Solid Start Supervisor or Solid Start Manager. Both choices offer
similar benefits and can help a new distributor boost their business for optimal results!
SOLID START SUPERVISOR
How can a new Distributor become a Solid Start Supervisor?
- Sign up for Neways Direct Ship Program
- Place 294 PV or more in personal orders in one month; either the first or second month
of enrollment.
What are the benefits?
- Save over 700 PV on the volume normally needed to achieve the Supervisor rank
- The new distributor instantly rank advances to Supervisor in the same month they enroll.
By instantly rank advancing the new distributor will become eligible to start earning
Affinity commissions on additional personal volume and personal group volume generated
that month.
- Solid Start Supervisors who personally enroll three other Solid Start Supervisors within
two commission periods of becoming a Solid Start Supervisor themselves will become a
Manager.
How Does Neways Make the Instant Rank Advancement Possible?
Within one business day of signing up on direct ship and placing orders (totaling 294 PV
or greater) two different transactions happen to the new distributors account:
- The new distributor is rank advanced from a Consultant to a Supervisor
- 200 Personal Volume from the new distributor is transferred to the next upline sponsor
who is on a 150 DS or has 200 Personal Volume. The 200 PV is added to the sponsor's
personal volume.
Why does Neways transfer volume?
The transfer is made so that the sponsor of the new Solid Start Supervisor is paid on the
new distributor's volume as if the new distributor was never instantly rank advanced. By
transferring volume the new distributor does not need to wait the normal rank advancing
period of two months; a qualifying and an effective month.
What about Future Rank Advancements?
Because rank advancements are based upon personal and group volume we make a one time
adjustment to Solid Start Supervisor accounts to ensure their volume is equivalent to the
volume they would have needed to attain the rank through Neways standard rank advancement
program. After commissions are run, Neways adds 1000 PV to the Solid Start Supervisors
accumulative volume.

How can a new Distributor become a Solid Start Manager?
- Sign up for Neways Direct Ship Program
- Place 590 PV or more in personal orders in one month; either the first or second month
of enrollment.
What are the benefits?
- Save over 2300 PV on the volume normally needed to achieve the Manager rank
- The new distributor instantly rank advances to Manager in the same month they enroll. By
instantly rank advancing the new distributor will become eligible to start earning
Affinity commissions on additional personal volume and personal group volume generated
that month.
- Solid Start Managers who personally enroll three other Solid Start Managers within two
commission periods of becoming a Solid Start Manager themselves will become an Executive.
