Corporate Profile Executive Office Building Timeline of Events Press Room	The Neways story began more than twenty years ago, when the founders worked in the chemical industry and discovered that many personal care manufacturers were purchasing potentially harmful ingredients to include in their products. Neways・founders decided to formulate products that they considered safe and healthy for their friends and family members, and soon Neways became a global phenomenon with thousands of distributors dedicated to this same mission. Neways maintains a multi-million dollar manufacturing, shipping, and research facility in Salem, Utah. Neways is a debt-free, privately held corporation with more than 10 years of manufacturing experience ranging from personal care and aromatherapy to a variety of nutritional products. Neways employs more than 400 people at its Salem headquarters and 450 people internationally. Neways' Auckland, New Zealand facility is the third largest manufacturer of personal care products and cosmetics in the Southern Hemisphere.
