Compensation Plan
We joined Neways because we love its mission statement, and its products of course, did not really pay attention to its lucrative compensation plan.   Later we found out that we could actually build up residual income which can pass on to one of our girls, then we requested a compensation plan manual from our supervisor.  It was too complicated, our supervisor had explained it in an easy chart below.  (sorry for my messy drawing...)

Note: good point to note that by the 2nd leg, the comissions from Neways has already covered up your purchase money! If you keep on purchasing drug store products, there's no any commissions!!!

Executive 6000 PV 20-25%
Manager 3000 PV 15%
Supervisor 1000 PV 10%
Consultant 0 PV

Note: $1=1PV.  There's a promotion that if you placed $600+ on your first order, you're automatically upgraded to Manager class, thus saving $2400!!!

Direct Shipment
Consultants do not need to enroll in Solid Start Program and Direct Shipment.  It's a rank when you just want to try out, but not sure if you're serious of building a Neways business.  When you learn more about Neways and become more confident, it is recommended to enroll in Solid Start Program and Direct Shipment in order to enjoy more benefits and commissions.
When you've just started and have no downlines, we recommend to purchase just the minimum priced products.  When you build up your downlines, depending on your needs, we recommend to purcahse $50-$150.  When you have lots of downlines, purchasing $150 every month will let you enjoy full benefits and full return.  Don't worry, by this point, your commissions have already covered your $150!!!

Car Bonus Program
If you can keep your monthly comissions $2000+ for 3 months.  Neways will buy you a car!!! 


Foreign Wholesalers
If you're like us who have lots of relatives and friends in other countries, you can also add them to your downlines for no extra cost starting summer of 2007!!!
