Document Checklist
The following checklist will facilitate your mortgage loan interview.
The checklist includes
most of the information that you and your co-borrower will need to supply. We
suggest you print this worksheet, then check each line after you've gathered the required
data.
_____Copy of Driver's License and Social Security Card
_____If resident alient, copy of Resident Alien Card
_____If purchase - Sales Contract
_____If refinance - Warranty Deed
_____Copy of W-2's (last two years)
_____Copy of paystubs (2 most recent showing YTD earnings)
_____If self employed - last 2 years corporate or partnership tax returns and YTD
_____Divorce Decree and settlement amount
_____Proof of receipt of child support/alimony
_____Copy of three most recent bank statements (all accounts)
_____Names, addresses, account numbers, balances, and monthly payments of all debts.
_____Lease agreements on all rental properties
_____If condo, condo by-laws, warranty letter, and Condo Assoc. budget
_____Delinquent credit references and explanation
_____Furniture and personal property value
_____Automobiles owned - make and model
_____List of stocks and bonds or other investments
